Hi, since you bought yahoo webhosting. And I believe you bought the business plan. They have emailed you instructions on how to upload a webpage via ftp or within the Yahoo Builder tool.
It should be common sence on how to upload images using hte webbuilder. There are upload picutre or files.
If not, you can upload it via FTP. They emailed your ftp info, so once they did.
You get a ftpclient like.
http://filezilla.sourceforge.net/
Download that client and install it...
Enter the information that yahoo gave you.. And upload your images there...
You can alter your html code and place %26lt;img src=%26quot;/path/to/myimage.jpg%26quot; title=%26quot;%26quot; /%26gt;
Thats all.
You have free technical support at yahoo as well :) Use it if your still stuck
