1) If we%26#039;re talking about hosting it on your own computer, then at the very least you%26#039;ll need a web server. Apache is an excellent one, and it%26#039;s free. However, this is usually NOT a good idea, as most contracts with ISPs specifically prohibit using your connection as a server.
