Web based picture host?

I am looking for opinions as to your favorite picture hosting site- such as flicker or picasa (or any others that are free). Which do you feel provides the most services- scaling picts down for emailing, photo enhancing, ease of use, organization...yet doesn%26#039;t %26quot;take over%26quot; your computer? Thanks in advance!
