What would it take yahoo to use apache 2.X for it's servers.?

I am really disappointed at yahoo%26#039;s web hosting. they are using the 1.x version of apache, and i think that is causeing me a lot of trouble lately. my scripts run perfect on other servers, but they dont do it all well on yahoo. whatdo you think i shall do? leave yahoo just like that?

An upgrade as big as Apache 1.x to 2.x is not something that should be taken lightly. There are a lot of factors to consider when making such a change, such as software compatibility, security and features.



You should be glad Yahoo! isn%26#039;t rushing to upgrade. Hastily upgrading a core component of their environment could spell bad news for all involved.



If you feel as though you need the benefits of Apache 2.x, your best bet is to ditch Yahoo! and find another host that uses it.
