Do you think that Yahoo should be more accountable to its customers whether they pay or not?

I use Yahoo for my web hosting and pay them a fee for doing so. The problem is that when I make contact with them they have very poor customer care.



Since most of the services on Yahoo are free does that give them the right to treat ALL of their customers (fee paying or not) with total disregard?



You would think that they would treat their customers with more respect especially those that pay money to them.



Your opinions please! Do you think that Yahoo is fair or unfair?

yes , you have a fair point there especially as for some reason i have , for instance, 987 unread messages in my email ( ok most are in the bulk folder ) but when i report the ones that get through as %26#039;abuse%26#039; ,as they are sometimes, they say its not ther%26#039;e fault as it%26#039;s from some other .com , however that %26#039;abuse %26#039; was sent to me at a yahoo email address and that is a voiolation of yahoo terms and conditions, i think !! .But that doesn%26#039;t matter yahoo should do something about it as it is so frustrating for me having to go through messages and delete, report as spam or report as abuse . rant over ran out of space .

Other Replys:Of course it%26#039;s not fair . They just keep mass producing products and taking people%26#039;s money, oh then they hire monkeys working for bananas to answer customer support problems, that is when they feel like answering you!



The host I use has excellent support and only focus on hosting!
