i try to communicate with them, i am a domain name owner through them and purchased web hosting and i have 2 mail plus accounts, i wish i could get more out of them than the standard form email that is no help, plus no one gets back to you ever.

I never had problems with yahoo, and Im sure other websites dont do better!
