Who is hosting the sites of hackers?

As we store our web sites in paid or free web service providers ,where are the hackers store their sites? Are the keeping their own servers?Who supply internet connection for them? Cant we act against them?

Who is hosting the sites of hackers?

Please do a bit of research before you ask a question like that next time. I%26#039;ll assume by %26quot;hackers%26quot; you meant black hats, or %26quot;crackers%26quot;. A question like that is really insulting to the real hackers (read the question %26quot;how many hackers do you know%26quot; for clarification) if you don%26#039;t clarify.

That said, there are many black hat sites in cyberspace that you%26#039;re probably referring to in your question. Well, they mostly host their sites on their own servers. Their individual ISP%26#039;s give them their internet - you can run a whois on individual sites to find their individual ISP%26#039;s. And no, for the most part, we can%26#039;t take action against them becuse they have disclaimers that say %26quot;all information hosted is for information purposes only%26quot;, %26quot;we will not be held responsible for anyone using the programs, processes, or techniques hosted on this site for illegal purposes%26quot;, etc. Just because the majority of black hats are on the wrong side of the law doesn%26#039;t mean they%26#039;re not smart. They know how to cover their backs. It%26#039;s very difficult to shut down black hat servers.
